To modernise and digitise the business’s online presence to improve visibility, accessibility, and reach across key digital platforms. The project will focus on creating a clear and consistent digital identity, optimising core online assets, and enhancing user experience.

Step One

Logo Redesign

To support the business’s online success, the visual branding was updated to align with a modern digital identity. The previous logo relied on dated 3D effects, which made the brand feel outdated.

The new logo is clean, fully 2D, and easy to apply consistently across all materials. It uses two bold colours inspired by the local area, with forest green conveying a calm, professional tone that strengthens the brand’s presence.

Social Media Optimisation

 

 

I designed a new Facebook cover image for the company page that clearly highlights the business’s key services and contact details. The sleek design stays true to the brand by using the two contrasting colours consistently.

SEO optimised about section

 

To enhance the business’s online presence, I conducted keyword research to identify the terms and phrases commonly used on Google and other search engines when users search for this type of service. Based on this research, I wrote an optimised “About” section for the customer’s Facebook page to improve its visibility and ranking in relevant search results.

New social tiles for improved page content

I created a series of branded social media tiles to strengthen the visual identity of the business’s Facebook page, ensuring consistent use of colours, typography, and messaging across posts. This improved the overall quality and professionalism of the page, helped content stand out in users’ feeds, and contributed to higher engagement by making posts more visually appealing and instantly recognisable as part of the brand.

Improve email content and visual

I improved the quality and effectiveness of the business’s email communications by refining the copy to enhance clarity, tone, and impact, ensuring messages were concise, engaging, and easy to understand. I also updated the email design to be more visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines, improving layout, formatting, and visual hierarchy. These enhancements increased readability, strengthened brand perception, and contributed to higher engagement and a more professional overall presentation.
